Home Kitchen looks like most other fine dining establishments at first glance. But there's more to this London restaurant than meets the eye. Not only is it run as a not-for-profit, but nearly all of the staff members have experienced homelessness.
"We wanted to create a pathway for people to rebuild their lives through meaningful work," said the founder. "Fine dining teaches discipline, teamwork, and valuable skills that transfer to any industry."
