For almost 20 years, Nigel Bromage was a leading member of the British far right, eventually joining the openly neo-Nazi organization Combat 18. Today, he leads Small Steps, an organization made up of fellow reformed neo-Nazis working to prevent others from following a similar path.

"I understand how people get drawn in, and I know what it takes to get out," Bromage explains. "We offer a way back for people who want to leave but don't know how."

Today, he leads Small Steps, an organization made up of fellow reformed neo-Nazis working to prevent others from following a similar path.

His organization has helped hundreds of people leave extremist movements, offering counseling, support, and practical help rebuilding their lives.
